Form Five Selection List is the list of students who passed the SCEE - Form Four exam last year -  and were selected to continue to Form Five next year.

How to Check Form Five Selection List PDF

Here is how to do it:

• Step 1: Visit www.tamisemi.go.tz
• Step 2: Click “ Tamisemi selection form five 2024”
• Step 3: Enter your name or school name

Your Form Five Selection status will be displayed on the screen. Printout of your form five selection pdf for further reference.

You can also use the same steps if you are following up on the Form Two selections for Form 3 next year.

 

Is Form 5 1st, 2nd & 3rd Selections - TAMISEMI

There are several selections such as the 1st, 2nd and 3rd selections. That means that if your name does not appear on the first selection, you will be placed in a 'student pool' for the 2nd and or 3rd selection. 

You will be considered in the 2nd and 3rd selection only if there are spaces available in a Form 5 school. 

The best thing is to check with TAMISEMI and NECTA if your name does not appear on the first selection list.
